Chilean Wine & Beverages

Crafted from locally sourced wood and bathed in the soft glow of the Patagonian sun, our bar is more than just a place to grab a drink—it’s where the day’s stories are told. Whether you’re pulling up a woven stool to swap fishing tales or relaxing under the warmth of our hand-woven pendants, the vibe is effortlessly modern yet deeply rooted in the Chilean landscape. It is an all-inclusive space where the spirits are high, and the hospitality is personal. Join Claudio, Vicente, or Maca behind the bar for a pour of something local, and settle into the easy, open-air rhythm of lodge life.

What's On Tap

Wines

In Chile, wine isn’t just a drink; it’s a centerpiece of every meal. We take particular pride in our Carmenère, and we also feature exceptional Cabernet Sauvignons—both pair beautifully with the smoky flavors of a traditional Patagonian asado.

Beers

For your days out on the water, we keep it classic with crisp, cold cans of Royal Guard—a refreshing lager perfect for a midday break. Once you’re back at the lodge, elevate your experience with Dolbeck, a locally crafted bottled beer from the region that captures the artisanal spirit of Coyhaique.

Cocktails

For a refreshing twist, try a Pisco Sour or our signature Gin & Tonic, infused with fresh rosemary and cracked pepper. Our bar is fully stocked with a standard premium selection of bourbons, vodkas, and gins to craft whatever cocktail you prefer.

N/A Drinks

For those looking for something non-alcoholic, we offer a rotating selection of seasonal juices, including pineapple, raspberry, and orange. We also stock a full range of Chilean sodas, sparkling waters, and non-alcoholic beers to ensure your glass stays full and your thirst is quenched throughout your stay.

Water

We take immense pride in our water, which is pumped fresh from a nearby mountain spring into our 10,000-liter cisterns. It is pure, ice-cold, and tastes exactly like water should: like nothing at all. You’ll notice the quality in every glass and even in our ice cubes, which freeze crystal clear thanks to the purity of the Andes.

Coffee

Mornings at the lodge center around the rich aroma of Copa Cabana, a premium local Chilean coffee that we brew fresh every day. We brew in large Stanley French Presses to ensure a bold, authentic taste, which is then kept steaming hot in our dispensers for you to enjoy at your leisure.
