The Cuisine

A Culinary Adventure

Meals are enjoyed family-style around a communal table, where guides join you to discuss the day’s fishing and relax after a long day on the water. Culinary highlights range from elevated riverside picnic lunches—complete with local charcuterie spreads—to top-notch evening dinners.

The Bar

Chilean Wine & Beverages

mountain-seperator

The bar is the social heart of the lodge, an all-inclusive space where Claudio, Vicente, or Maca are always ready to pour you a drink and swap stories. We take immense pride in our Chilean heritage, serving local wine with every meal—most notably the Carménère. We have beers, cocktails, sodas, and more at the bar.

The Den

Kick Back
& Relax

We invite you to make yourself at home in the den and enjoy the library featuring fishing journals and my grandfather’s National Geographic collection dating back to 1961. On cooler nights, you can lounge on the couch by the wood-burning stove, play a round of cards or dominos, or take control of the music via the house iPad once the team retires for the evening.
